Yes the Lib-Dems want to return to the single market. We can't re-join the EU, we'd look like an even bigger bunch of bell-ends than we do already.

The best we can hope for is 'Brino'.

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

Better to look like bell-ends rejoining than bell-ends celebrating selling Spice Girls CDs to Australia.

Probably not. My advice would be to turn Donegal into a giant wind farm.

Then it's as I suspected - just a dirty French plot to steal that sweet Irish wind.

US companies remained “consistently concerned” about the repercussions of Brexit, with improving EU-UK ties the number-one priority that US companies want the UK government to address in order to attract investment.

Iceland Stores here are closing down, they weren't doing the best anyway but then they imported frozen animal food from the UK with zero paperwork and were ordered to return or destroy it.

Can't say I've EVER shopped there but we had 26 of them in Ireland, which I was not aware of tbh.

Never heard of anyone who was in one and on the very rare occasions I came across one I was always surprised they were still there. Amazed there were actually 26 of the them around the place though.

It of course begs the question, does he think the US were the bad guy's in the American Civil War?

The largest passenger ship yet to take to the seas between Ireland and continental Europe has its maiden voyage this evening.

The Stena Vision has capacity for up to 1,300 passengers - and 42 pets - and its Friday evening service between Rosslare and Cherbourg is sold out.

It is the latest addition to the catalogue of ferry services operating to and from Rosslare Europort, with post-Brexit customs and red tape in the UK making direct sailings between Ireland and the continent more attractive to holiday passengers and freight operators alike.

Passenger and vehicle numbers have skyrocketed through Rosslare in recent years, with Brexit proving a catalyst for growth in Irish ports.
