It's odd, before it started I didn't want to watch any of it. Now I'm totally hooked on it. Team GB are doing so well, it's brilliant.

Great to see us doing so well, isn't it?

We have three great chances for gold today:

- Phillips Idowu goes in the Triple Jump, and by all accounts he didn't even look like he was trying when he produced the biggest jump of the qualifying round.

- Bradley Wiggins and Co should bag the gold in the Cycling today as they broke the World Record in a previous round.

- Is the 400m today? If so, Christine Ohuruogu has a decent chance there.

I couldn't believe Bolt's 100m sprint. He stopped running towards the end, he could have totally smashed the WR time!

You have to love the text ticker on the BBC olpymics site, it sometime comes up with questionable text.

Victoria Pendleton munches Simona Krupeckaite in the second race of her sprint quarter-final and she's through to the last four.

Team GB won the mens track pursuit by beating the world record by almost 3 seconds.

Were 4th behind Australia but I don't think some of the golds have been counted yet.

We are third again, beating Australia by one gold. I woke today to watch the GB pursuit team being interviewed after their win, I must have missed the race by a few minutes. :( x

Our boys shaved three full seconds off the previous world record. They were flying round the track, Denmark didn't stand a chance.

You have to be 16 to compete in these gymnastic finals, but China have clearly been forging records because there is no way in hell that the girl who just won those uneven bars is 16.
The whole event was totally ridiculous, the girl who got the gold did a routine that was spectacularly boring, pretty much everyone came out and did better yet those judges kept marking them lower. Admittedly I don't know much about Gymnastics but in my eyes Beth Tweddles routine was absolutely brilliant, she had so many of these difficult twisting releases and the only thing that I saw she did wrong was the landing. She was completely robbed of a medal. :x

He's been plagued with injury all year and couldn't even start the race. He tried his best but there's just no way you can compete in hurdles with a muscle tear.

Had achilles tendon problem... he pulled up in the warm up but tried to start the race cos it is his home olympics. He was almost in tears in the starting blocks from the pain.. and there was a false start and after it he realised that he couldn't even race and left the track

Does anyone know the name of the song?
