Oh, I was reading that people didn't realise that some of the fireworks in the opening ceremony, presumably the footprint ones, were CGI. Were these people the same ones who didn't see that the little girl was also miming because it was obvious when watching it?

Chris Hoy and Ben Ainsley deserve something but I don't think anyone else should get anything. It's not that they weren't great (especially Adlington) but a lot of them are at the beginning of their careers so all you're doing by giving them some kind of an honor now is devaluing it.
