Moggy, if I was Seered as the EAS, I would be caught out.

I would appear as a regular forum member, instead of my role. I cannot be Seered as the EAS and remain undetected. The Seer would know as soon as he got the results. Hence why I can be Seered with 100% accuracy.

Yeah, I just figured that out. Although the seers wouldn't be able to tell us would they? The only way for a seer to tell us you are lying would result in them having to reveal themselves.

I am not saying you are lying, I just need more explanations before I put all my trust in you.

The tower is a pretty damn blatant Wheel of Bullshit Deaths. Either send in a bunch of suspicious people and hope for failure and a party wipe, or ignore it.

I thought about before as well but now i'm convinced it wont work. If Parksey is a good role then it increases success of the mission but if there is at least one mod in the group that success balances out and disappears and we would potentially loose the only link to the seer circle.

Yes. Please explain how Parksey can be a Mod?

Because only two seers have contacted him. If it's a ruse then each seer will just think they're the one that's yet to get in touch. We could potentially have three seers all thinking they're the one who hasn't contacted him. All the while no-one has gotten in touch with him.

That's a possibility. I don't actually think it's true though.

With three Seers, you dont think one would make a balls-to-the-wall punt on another RFM they Seered and tell them - remember, I was asking to be Seered on the second night - if it meant getting the EAS?

And if I was Seered as RFM, it would be likely I was the EAS.

Not to mention the fact that there's no way to know if he's even been in touch with any seers at all. The fact that he's saying he hasn't got all of them could leave each individual seer thinking that they're the only one who hasn't done it yet. And what the hell do the seers do if they check him out and discover he's lying? Post it in the strawberry floating thread?

We've lost four special roles in 2 nights, guys. The roles are being drawn to someone that's playing for the other team. Why are they placing so much trust in someone so easily? It could be because that person's claiming to be trying to form a wonderteam. I played the exact same game as Parksey in AYAB, and got approached the same way by Gorrable, completely out of the blue. He had a special role, and just trusted me, like that. Because I said I had a seer.

I'm not saying any of this is the case, I'm just saying the possibility can't be ruled out.

Hmmm true actually. They would only need to seer somebody else, find a RFM and then they know they are safe to reveal your evil ways.

This game makes me :?

Do you honestly think, that after these past few days, none of the Seers will have checked me out?

Like i said, my role reveals who I am completely if they do.

I was asking to be Seered on the second night. So if they checked me out and o wasn't who I said I was, they had their first night's Seerings to tell - as they had their EAS if I came back as a regular forum member!

And if I was who I said I was, they contacted me. Which two of them did.

If a seer had identified Parksey as EAS or a reg then they'd have gotten the word out, either by an anonymous Twitter or contacting someone they trust (they must have seered people earlier in the game).

I have gone from wanting to put Parksey up for lynching (just to force more information out of him), to actually trusting him.

This game is making my brain hurt. I am going to bed! :fp:
