Clearly people didn't think much of me and my game. :(

(Srs though, probably larger # of players and more early incident.)

Yeah i think three pages was dedicated to laughing at staydead when he was killed then the denster situation straight after.

He hasn't defended himself. He did however argue that he SHOULDNT be swapped with drummy for lynch vote. This to me is bizzare behaviour. Of course he may just be keeping calm and dignified rather than scream the thread down with "not me! You'll be sorry etc"

If we start swapping people around last minute without actual evidence then the Mods will win.

Fair enough if something comes to light and we have 90% chance of lynching a Mod if we swap them in, but DML never produced evidence to swap me for Drummy

Your story checks out. Well played, Sir.

I'm looking forward to banning the gooseberry fool out of you.

I didn't realise the candidates for the lynch could vote in the lynching decision, like the race for mayor I assumed it was taken as read they would vote for the other person.

I think that was because you had to specifically log in to an alt-account every time you wanted to post in the thread.

The old C.Y.N.T.H.I.A would have exterminated him as punishment. She has gone soft in her old age

I liked it. I enjoyed the anonymity. I didn't like dying because I had a 'suspect' name though. We should do that again one day.

Fair enough. That's the only reason I've heard for me being up other than I haven't posted much.

It's hard to defend yourself in this situation. If I get lynched at least I won't have to catch up with the 250+ pages tomorrow

It kinda is. It has never made a difference, so if they want to vote as a last act it seemed cruel to tell them their vote didn't count. I would rather make them think it counts, then crush their skull.

Anonymity is good idea. I'm sure denster would agree!

If Jenko gets lynched and turns out to be a normal forum member (which I suspect he is) after all this then the mods are going to be enjoying it as much as we were when Staydead made his slight error of judgement.

Don't overhype it that much! Us missing tonight is no mass disaster, we have a load of leads from todays events. We are still in the driving seat thank to that early kill. Nine people would have been dead by tonight if we hadn't done that. Instead, nine won't be dead until three nights time thanks t Falsey. There are zillions of normal members and only a few mods, we are not going to strike gold every night, but I am confident we are unravelling something. In the meanwhile we have the Parksey machine working into overdrive which the Mods can't touch, and daren't touch just in case they lose a kill! Plus GR Towers to come. We are way ahead of target right now.

That's a great spam-preventer.

Couple that with the fact that people can't compare player's posting styles with past games, and for the moment I must say that was really a better system of playing than using our regular accounts.

You have to vote to lynch BID0 (me) or Jenko.

I have no idea what the reasons are for either of us though. Seems to be that I don't post much and that Jenko posts too much.

Most regular forum members get really desperate in times like this, they start wildly accusing anyone who doubts them. The fact you are accepting your fate with dignity and not losing your cool tells me one of 2 things.

1. Your just a cool guy
2. Your a mod who is confident of not being lynched and don't want any more attention.

Would actually have been ten. James would have made his first move tonight AND AS WE REACH GR TOWERS TOO! It would have been so perfect. The carnage would have been so good. Blood, everywhere.

It mechanically works well, but it doesn't quite paint as wonderful a story as other ways of playing the game. Still it did fix a number of problems.
