Really enjoyed the last 2 episodes, seems they found a way to get the old Archer magic working again

Not up there with the best of Archer but still the best comedy on TV. Last few episodes have been a lot better than the middle few

I watched the first few episodes of Season 5 and it was rather off putting. I'm just waiting for the whole thing to have aired so I can just watch it all in pretty much one go and get through it.

I've gotten half way through season 5, but I cba to watch anymore. The "HA PAM IS DOING COKE" joke became annoying within a single episode, and was dragged out right up until the point I gave in. I'll get round to watching the rest of it at some point (I've heard it has become less gooseberry fool), but I'm not particularly impressed with it.

2 good episodes in the whole season so far, which is where they are in the Jungle, the rest has been poor. Really thought those two would be the turning point, but no back to the same standard

It was a poor start but the second half has been much better, ever since the jungle the eps have fed into each other and its better for it

I've watched the first six episodes and yeah the "Pam is addicted to cocaine" jokes are strawberry floating well old now. It's had it's moments but this has easily been the worst season so far. I'm not sure if I'm actually bothered about the rest of the series, the disbanding of Isis has really made it less interesting.

That has been my main problem with it really. Things just seemed more fun when it revolved around them all being in Isis.

I don't even know what the plot is anymore. Just lost interest and have no idea what's going on with the country singing side story. Shame.

You'd have thought the whole "Archer Vice" thing would have been amazing, but all they've done is turn Pam and Krueger into the most annoying characters ever.
"Hey, look, they're ruining everything! Ha!"
The best bits so far have been between Archer and Lana, and they've just taken a backseat to the zany antics of what used to be supporting characters.

I heard after this season the next 2 will all be back at Isis. Wonde how that I happen, or if that is incorrect?

Yeah they're going back to spying next season, which is good. A weak season of Archer is still pretty good though, and there have still been good episodes

Episode 7 is pretty great. Mainly because it's mainly Archer, Ray (who is brilliant and way underused) and Cyril.
