It's not directed at you! I don't know how much you do or don't know/like about Tool or APC.

It's OK, I was only kidding. But I am a massive Tool fan.

Just downloaded this, I'll give it a listen to tomorrow. Tool are one of those bands I have always meant to listen to but never got around to. If this is any good it might just make me look them out.

A Perfect Circle - Thirteenth Step
I agree with a few others on here that the first track was the strongest of the album, at least on first listen. I'd definitely be open to listening to some more of their stuff in the future. A solid 7/10

A Perfect Circle- Thirteenth Step Quite dissapointed actually, after all I'd heard about them. Thought as far as Progresssive stuff goes they're quite restrained and rarely innovative. 5/10

5/10 for me I'm afraid to say. Just didn't do anything for me. Like others have said, it starts off well and then that is it. Not my sort of music at all but it isn't bad so it would be unfair to give it less than a 5, even though I will never listen to it again.

Just not my cuppa tea.

It's a 9/10 for me, but I don't know if we're allowed to rate our own albums.

Same thing seems to be happening. Lots of folk going "I'm in!" then contributing nothing.

A Perfect Circle - Thirteenth Step - 6/10. Not really my kind of thing, but I liked the first track and 'Pet'.

Sorry, I'm not even in this but this is a cracking album and I don't even like Tool. Or Cora, for that matter.

Updated the first post. Not listened to the latest album yet but my rating for Thee Oh Sees was 8/10. Really enjoyed it. Vocals were a bit odd at first but I got used to them. Especially liked Meat Step Lively, A Flag in the Court and I Can't Get No.

Next pick is Jay-bells-a-ringing.

A Perfect Circle, Thirteenth Step - 6/10

I love Tool and the 1st Perfect Circle album, ergo i should love this. Sadly not, its alright, theres just nothing that really stands out.

Mind if I join in guys?

Thee Oh Sees - Help - While it has decent and quite catchy music, I don't like the vocals very much at all. So, I'm going to give it a 5 outta 10

A perfect Circle - Thirthteenth Step - Haven't listened to A Perfect Circle for years, I think it was when the first album came out. Didn't think much of them then. I may have to go back and listen to it though, as surprisingly I rather enjoyed this album and am unsure of what to give it. I think I'll go with 7 outta 10.

Sorry about that.

Been quite hectic hours at work this week and didn't get a chance to read the thread until now. Thanks for the PM, Spinny. :)
