I think if you have a general podcast thread, that could handle people saying they might be interested in making an appearance, and could also handle if people think they have a good topic they'd like you to discuss or whatever. There should definitely be bits that you've just thought up by yourselves, though, the surprise is nice!
He was always quite good at keeping things running. As always, I offer my support, and my relief that someone else got their finger out of their arse and did something as I'm an eternal retard when it comes to setting gooseberry fool up. If you ever need a backup, I think Aaron has my phone number. Or he can get it from G-Rat.
